It will need some very minor modifications, possibly new hangers, but it can be installed by any competant muffler shop. As for the guy above me, no, it won’t require any tuning. The exhausts from the e36 M3’s will be more free flowing than an exhaust from a regular e36, because the m3 has more displacement and HP, therefore needing more airflow. The exhaust won’t sound the same on your car as it would on the M3, but it will still sound better than stock. Consider this before buying an expensive exhaust: For my M5, I went on Ebay and bought 4 magnaflow straight through mufflers, and replaced all my stock mufflers with them, and it sounds mean! This would give your 328 a nice, low growl.
