I don’t really understand your question but anyway. French is one of the official languages in Belgium, so of course there will be a lot of names etc in french. However, as he 2 main regions of Wallonia (french in the south) and Flanders(flemish in the north) are linguistically separated, most of the french names will be found in the southern half of the country.
