Can MetaWINDOW output to a color or PostScript printer?
ANSWER The MetaWINDOW HardCopy() function only supports black and white output direct to dot-matrix or HP LaserJet compatible printers (sorry no PostScript or color printers). Autumn Hill Software makes an enhanced printer programming toolkit called “BabyDriver” that works with MetaWINDOW. BabyDriver supports many additional printers, including popular printers with PostScript and color output capabilities. Additional MetaWINDOW compatible third-party printer programming toolkits are listed in the MetaWINDOW Product Partners summary.
