How do I cancel my GLBox subscription with GLWIZ?
You can send a cancellation request to our customer service representatives either through our “Contact us” page or by calling our customer service department. Please also note that your account will be cancelled right away. If you wish to continue the service until your next billing date you must state it to us at the time of cancellation request. At this time we will keep your account as “dormant” should you wish to reactivate at a later date. In order to reactivate a dormant account, there will be a $20 USD reactivation fee charged.
