How do I cancel my subscription to Private WiFi?
You can cancel your subscription by clicking Manage My Account from the Private WiFi application. The Manage My Account page appears where you can cancel your account. When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to Private WiFi for the reminder of your license period. If you are unsatisfied with Private WiFi for any reason, please contact Customer Support at (845) 468-0034 for a refund of your unused time.
