How do i clean my computers cache?

Download a free program called CCLEANER. This will take care of cleaning your cache. Another reason for your slowdown MIGHT be an infestation of SPYWARE on your machine. For that I suggest downloading the free AD-AWARE and SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY programs. Run them both. Sometimes one will find things the other doesn’t. I’m guessing you DO have an anti-virus program on your machine. If not and you need a free one many people appear to be happy with AVG anti-virus. And last but not least, your computer could be slowing down because you’ve got a bunch of stuff running in the background. Check the icons down by your clock. Do you REALLY use & need all of those programs? After that run MSCONFIG to see what is running at start up. Do you need all of THOSE programs as well? If not, shut them off. Good luck.
