When you want to use a questionnaire to gather student feedback, the FYI menu of items can help by suggesting topics you might want to ask about. When you click on a given item, it will be added to your course questionnaire. When you have finished selecting items, you will then have a chance to reorder the items. You can also return to the item menu to delete items. When the form looks the way you want, you simply send it to your printer, duplicate it, and administer it in class. Choosing Items.
