Do not eat or drink after midnight. Lab work is required at least 2 days prior to your test. Stop Aspirin or Coumadin as directed by the Doctor. Do not take insulin or sugar pills in the morning. You may take other prescribed medications with a sip of water. You must bring your CT of chest to the Bronchoscopy. You must have someone to drive you home. Check into the hospital 2 hours prior to the procedure. Test results will take 3-5 days.
