How Do You Make Enchiladas The Easy Way?
Enchiladas are a great for a family meal but if you are family that is busy and on the go all the time, you normally don’t have the time to prepare them. These enchiladas can cut in half the time it normally takes to make enchiladas. Preheat oven to 350. Cook and drain ground hamburger or turkey, drain and mix in taco seasoning and chopped black olives. Set aside. Warm the refried beans in a pan or in the microwave. Mix the diced green chilis evenly throughout the beans. Set aside. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of the 9 x 13 pan. Layer tortillas on top of the enchilada sauce. Put a layer of the refried bean mixture on top of the tortillas. Put a layer of the hamburger or turkey mixture on top of the refried beans. Put a THIN layer of enchilada sauce over the hamburger mixture. Put a THIN layer of grated cheese over the enchilada sauce. Repeat Steps 5-9. The top layer should be a layer of tortillas.
