This is a yummy sauce to transform ordinary blueberry bread into GREAT blueberry bread. Put 1/3 cup sugar and 3 Tbsp lemon juice in the small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. With the toothpick poke several holes in the top of the blueberry bread without reaching down to the bottom. Pour the hot lemon and sugar sauce on top of the blueberry bread making sure to cover the entire surface.
