How Do You Make Quick BBQ Chicken Salad?
The recipes I love most are ones I re-invent from my favorite restaurants. In this case, I found a way to make Panera’s BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad at home. It took a few simple steps and some items you may already have in your fridge. This salad is also a great low-carb, low calorie meal using low-fat salad dressing. Step 1 Cover a salad plate with an adequate amount of spring mix salad. You can buy a pre-mixed bag in the produce section of your grocery store. Step 2 Warm grilled chicken and spread 1/2 cup to one cup on top of salad mix. Step 3 Rinse/drain black beans and corn kernels. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of each on top of salad and chicken. Step 4 Dice enough red onions and red bell pepper to spread 1-2 tablespoons of each on top of salad and chicken.
