How Do You Make A Quick Chicken Dinner With Few Ingredients?

Chicken is always a family favorite and goes over well with kids. This is a quick tasty dish that goes with everything! Take enough chicken to feed however many family members you have. You can use either chicken breasts or tenderloins. I prefer tenderloins because they’re smaller and easier to cut. Cut the chicken into bit-sized pieces Pour enough olive oil to cover the bottom of a 10-inch skillet. Saute chicken in olive oil long enough to soak chicken and turn edges white. Sprinkle some black pepper, garlic salt, season salt and onion powder on chicken. Stir until spices coat the chicken. When chicken is almost done pour in about half a cup of sweet orange marmalade and any sort of BBQ sauce in skillet. Stir until sauces are mixed and chicken is nicely coated. Serve immediately as sauce will cool as it thickens. Pour on top of hot rice.
