Making simple breakfast tacos a/k/a breakfast burritos is quick and easy. All you need are eggs, tortillas, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, and a little butter or margarine. This recipe will give you instructions on how to make 2 breakfast burritos. Turn on the stove to medium-high. Turn on your oven to broil. Put a small amount of butter or margarine in a pan or skillet and put it on the stove. While the butter melts, get out a cookie sheet and put two of the smaller (6 inch) tortillas on the cookie sheet next to each other. Crack 3 eggs into the pan to make the scrambled eggs. Throw away the eggs shells. Gently stir the eggs to make scrambled eggs. Put scrambled eggs on the tortillas in a straight line down the middle of the tortilla. Give a couple of shakes of salt and pepper on top of the eggs. Grate some cheddar cheese over the eggs. Or if you have the already-grated cheese, then sprinkle some of it on the burritos. Place cookie sheet into oven under the broiler for 60-80 seconds
