How long does it take to get Cookie Brigade collection materials?
Once you sign up, you should receive a confirmation email from customersupport@terracycle.net After you confirm, it takes roughly 3 weeks to receive your collection materials. We ship collection materials via USPS from New Jersey. Shipping times will vary by location. If you have not received your bags by the third week, send an email to customersupport@terracycle.net from the email address you signed up with, or call our customer support team at 866–967–6766.
