Most of our published materials have been catalogued and the information is available via University of Toronto’s on-line catalog. • Can I borrow published materials from the Archives? Published materials are only available for consultation in the Archives’ reading room. If there are 3 or more copies available, or if the materials are available in microfilm format, interlibrary loans can be arranged via University libraries. • Am I allowed to photocopy archival and library materials? Permission must be obtained from Archives Staff to photocopy materials and is dependant on the physical condition of the material. • Are researchers allowed to browse the Archives library stack area? No, our stacks are closed to the public, and materials are retrieved by the reference archivist on duty. • How do I donate records to the Archives?
