You could do it yourself, all you need to do is bleach it until it’s yellow and then apply a toner. A lot of hair dye companies make a platinum blond toner, but if you can’t find one then a lighter blond hair dye will normally tone the hair down nicely. It is possible to just use bleach to make your hair white-blond but I really discourage this, as your hair will be badly damaged.

You can do it at home, I have gone from brown to blonde and red to blonde. Buy a hair stripping kit. It will leave your hair a funky color, but it’s basically a blank pallette for your new color. It’ll say not to color the same day as stripping, but I did and my hair was perfectly OK. Then use a platinum blonde kit. Most hair colors suggest leaving it in for 25 minutes, but do more like 45 minutes because it soaks longer and assures even coverage. Remember when dying your hair to make sure to get every square inch, and completely saturate it.

There is no other way. Dye is for fabrics, and only makes things darker.
