Can i dye my hair to black from brown?
it wont ruin your hair, but once you’ve dyed it it will be very had to get it back lighter. if you decide you want a change or you’ve grown out of having black then it is very hard without bleaching to get your hair lighter and bleaching ruins your hair. i had black hair and i loved it and i still love it but i wanted something new so i dyed it brown with intentions of going bright red once it was brown but i couldn’t get it brown, not even dark brown i had to wait for the black hair to fade and dye so much to get it a hint of a shade lighter then did the whole process again until i got the colour i wanted, i then tried red and couldn’t do it so i had to get my hairdressers to do it but she did the wrong shade but coz she dyed it professionally i was able to go bright red ,now im ginger because brown wont cover the red dye.
