If the teachers have completed attendance and the office marks a student late, can the teacher change it back to absent?

If teacher marks them as absent, then they actually come in late to the office, then the office will just change the absent mark to a late. However, if you set the Company File option of teachers not being able to update attendance, they will not be able to change attendance after that point.
