An unsupported patch for nnrpd to add ident support can be found via FTP at ftp://ftp.csie.nctu.edu.tw/pub/News/packages/nnrpd-ident.tar.gz It includes patches to add tin’s xuser and xmotd commands as well as a list subscription system.
