RDP protocol is not supported on so called “Home” editions of Windows Operating Systems. Therefore it is NOT possible to use SymRDP with following Operating Systems: Windows XP Home edition; Windows Vista Home Basic; Windows Vista Home Premium; Windows 7 Home Premium. The only option is to upgrade Windows XP Home to XP Professional and Vista Home Basic or Premium to one of the others Vista editions: Business, Ultimate or Enterprise and Windows 7 Home to one of the others Windows 7 editions: Professional or Ultimate. More information is here: SymRDP accessible Computer Operating Systems.
