The community HOA fees are in the process of being estimated and we are expecting those fees to range from: $220.00 – $330.00. There will be a One Time Capital Contribution Fee: To be announced. The fees would include, among other things, the cost of lawn and yard landscaping maintenance, maintenance of the amenities, the walking trails, basic cable, and access to all of the amenities. Payment of the HOA fees entitles the resident use of the amenities.
