What are the Homeowners Association fees?
The Association fee is currently $175 per month, paid quarterly. This fee pays for the Association expenses, including insurance, maintenance of roads, trails, common land, homeowners yards (lawns, shrubs, trees, snow removal), and rubbish removal. The Association has the ability to add services or make changes as their Board of Directors deems necessary.
