What GCSE marks do I need to become a brain surgeon?

Your GCSE marks aren’t as important as your A levels. You will need at least AAB with the As in biology and chemistry and for some schools you might need AAA. You might also need some physics and maths to go with the biology and chemistry, I would read the website of your chosen options very carefully. Just in case you don’t get the grades have a think about alternatives – perhaps you could become a radiographer and aim to specialise in MRIs or maybe an eeg technician or even a nurse. Or just maybe if you don’t get the grades you would prefer something entirely different and non-medical but with your current grades I would think of alternatives in case you don’t get into this very competitive course.
