What is Rand Reiki?
Those in search of Rand Reiki head to the International Center for Reiki Training, which was established by its founder, William Lee Rand, in 1988. Rand also currently serves as the Center’s Director. The ICRT began as the Center for Spiritual Development, a nonprofit organization, in that year. It offered spiritual development classes and sessions including past life regression therapy and neurolinguistic programming. In 1989 the ICRT added Reiki training to its curriculum and the focus began to shift to Reiki alone. This culminated in a complete focus on Reiki and the Center’s transformation to The Center for Reiki Training in 1991. In addition, the Center’s increased international exposure resulted in the addition of “International” to its name six years afterwards.
