What is the best way to floss?
• Take a piece of floss about 18-inches long between your index fingers. • The floss between your fingers should only be about a half-inch long. • Gently wedge the floss in the gap between two teeth. • Start with one tooth, and press the floss tightly against its side. • Slide the floss up and down a few times to make sure you have scraped away debris all the way down to your gum line. • Rinse vigorously with water (or preferably mouthwash) to remove all plaque and food particles.
