Who covers the delivery costs when returning an item?
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection we recommend that you send the parcel via a delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or faulty we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, and your costs in returning to us.
