• Your hauler is responsible for buying, assembling, delivering, maintaining, and replacing carts that are damaged due to normal wear and tear. All carts and bins remain the property of the hauler. If cart damage is the result of misuse or neglect on the part of the resident, the resident will be charged a cart replacement fee.
