Who travels with the WOF program?
These trips are designed for chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers, foodservice managers, food product developers, food and beverage directors, writers and cookbook authors, or any food industry professionals looking to develop greater expertise in world flavors and emerging cuisines. They are also meant for dedicated culinary enthusiasts – those who love to eat, drink, and travel, and can’t imagine going to a distant culture without plunging into local markets and trying to meet local cooks and experts. Only one of our trips, Oaxaca, is strictly for culinary professionals only.
