We understand that mistakes happen from time to time, and that sometimes we change our minds about purchases. We always make several attempts to contact buyers via email reminders, via the eBay non-paying buyer alert system, and even telephoning the buyer. If we never heard back from you, these indications prompted us to go through the Final Value Fee credit process and recoup some of our losses. We hope you understand that in filing a Final Value Fee credit request, we meant no ill will towards you. As a business, we pay hundreds of dollars per month to eBay for listing fees and Final Value Fees. We are charged these fees whether a buyer ends up paying for the merchandise or not.
