Why are sellers with lots of negative feedback still actively selling?
If there are many negative comments complaining that buyers did not receive their items, or that the items were misrepresented, it may mean that buyers are leaving negative feedback without filing a Fraud Report/Claim and/or the seller for nonperformance Negative feedback alone will not result in a user’s suspension unless their overall rating reaches (-4).
