Why does my organisation need to fill in the Integrity in Business Questionnaire?
Lilly is committed to ensuring that any funding it provides complies with Australian and international law. These laws prohibit Lilly from providing funding that will be used to benefit any Government or Public Official, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business for Lilly or for any improper purpose. The questions in the Integrity in Business Questionnaire are intended to provide Lilly with information it needs to ensure compliance with these laws.
