American actress and Playboy playmate Shauna Sand is said to be fighting to stop the release of a porn video she had made with her boyfriend earlier this year. Sand, 38, said the explicit video, which is set to be released by Vivid Entertainment, had been obtained illegally, and that the company’s bosses have no legal right to distribute the racy footage. “Yes, I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact, I’ve made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn’t sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out.
