Where is the Best Country Bar in Atlanta, Georgia?
I have been going to Cowboy’s since the summer of 1997. To quote Toby Keith “I love this bar”. I met my wife at the left side of the stage there. This is one of a very few bars around that you can actually dance all night at. It’s popularity has gone up and down over the years. Currently it is half college bar (Kennesaw State Univ) and half country bar. Late night is more hip hop than country. There are a few unique people that have been fixtures in the bar for years. The “picture lady” has been after my wife and I for a decade (we have run into her at other bars also). We’ve made it into a game, we have to get a shot every time she asks us to take a photo. The serious two step crowd is in the back right corner from the stage, The younger line dance crowd is in front of the stage. The college crowd hangs out on both sides of the dance floor.
