At the receiving end check for CommBridge error log information. It may not exist. It would exist only if a CommBridge receive was triggered and failed. On MVS this error information would be in the job log and on other platforms there would be a CBerror.log in the same directory as cbfrcv. Messages are time stamped so look for a message around the time the file was sent. If there are no reported errors relevant to your problem, then call CommonHelp at 1-866-888-2808 or send an email:CommonHelpServiceDesk@MassMail.state.ma.us. One of two causes is likely: • A network problem prevents the transmission from taking place. In most instances, the transmission will take place with no intervention once the network problem is resolved. • A CommBridge or MQSeries infrastructure problem. CommBridge support will examine the state of the CommBridge/MQSeries objects and take any needed actions to correct the problem.
