Aerobic Exercise?
Brave encourages the Pow Wow (group) sessions as your cardio-vascular workout. Pow Wows are symbolic for small group activity. Brave Form, Hoop and Torso are Pilates-type Brave classes that are custom designed by our clinicians. Of course, we encourage our members to use mother natures biggest treadmill of all: the great outdoors! We also have cardio equipment for those who enjoy a good bike ride or climbing stairs. You should know that we find that our Brave members achieve weight reduction results without excessive or laborious aerobic exercise.
