If EthIR LAN is set to DHCP, it will start doing DHCP requests for IP addresses for the Switch itself and for its IP Pool. Once it acquires all the IP addresses it needs, you can PING EthIR LAN with its IP address. You can use our configuration tools, with IR, either on the laptop, PalmOS to find the IP address of EthIR LAN. If you know the range of the IP addresses EthIR LAN is in, you can use our configuration tool on a desktop and search for EthIR LAN.
