The possible reason for this is that theres no connection between the two basic modules of the analyser MainPCB and LCDPCB. Possible problem with the MainPCB module (check it according the instruction above). If you are sure that the MainPCB is working correctly, open the analyzer and check the cables and couplings between both PCBs.
