Alchemy > Where is my serial number/keyfile?
The Alchemy plugin and the Factory presets do not require a serial number. A keyfile system is used to automatically embed your personal registration details in to the plugin when the plugin is download it from your support account. Please note that although your license details are stored in the plugin, the information is encrypted and not publicly available. Camel Audio will never use your personal details for anything other than licensing our software to registered owners. Additional Alchemy sound libraries require a separate keyfile download to authorise the sounds on your system. More information about authorising presets for use on your system are available here. To clarify, when you purchase Alchemy (or any other Camel Audio product) , the plugins or sound libraries are automatically registered to your account, so you do not need to register them yourself. Simply log in to your support account and click the link for the Product Downloads page to download the required files.
