Puberty is generally a 6-8 year long process, and when it completes, your growth plates seal, disabling your bones from growing in size. Since most males start between the ages of 11 and 14, finishing up at 17-22 is normal timing for them. 9 is the lower limit of what is considered a normal starting time for males. If you started puberty at 9, it is possible to finish at 15 and still be considered healthy and normal. Completely puberty at 15 would have some signs, first off, you would be on average, taller than your peers of the same age who are just starting puberty. You would not grow much or at all, and they would continue to grow to your height or taller on average. Hair growth varies between people and “starts and stops” puberty, where different features develop independent of each other (height, genital size, voice, hair) as opposed to all at the same time is normal too.
