• The exchange visitor’s TraiNet record needs to be updated and the status changes re-verified in VCS. Verifiers and Approvers should accept the updates in order to update the SEVIS record. • The DS-2019 needs to be returned. In TraiNet Desktop: • Open the trainee record and click the Detail tab. • Change the Trainee Status to Cancelled. • Set the Visa status to Void. • Transfer your data to VCS again. • Mail the DS-2019 of the rejected participant to the Responsible Officer at EGAT/ED/TR. In TraiNet Web: • Log into the system and click on the participant icon for the program in question. • Change the Trainee Status to Cancelled. • Submit your data to the VCS again. • Mail the DS-2019 of the rejected participant to the Responsible Officer at EGAT/ED/TR.
