Are ADBs priorities different for different countries?
Yes, because each country’s size, stage of development, and economic profile are unique. We give priority to sectors in which the country has an advantage, and sectors that are starved of capital. In certain countries, we may prefer to support small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and small infrastructure projects rather than large ones.
