Are all accounts eligible for eStatmentsPLUS?
The “Manage Preferences” section of eStatementsPLUS lists all accounts that are eligible for paperless delivery. If any accounts are not listed, then they are not eligible for paperless delivery. If you have any questions about ineligible accounts, you may call Online Banking Customer Service 1-877-672-5678 (Option 2). Our representatives are available Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 8:00pm & Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm.
