Although it sounds contradictory, AMs are both easy AND difficult to train. On one hand (or is that one paw?), AMs are intelligent creatures who are eager to please their owners. My AM was functionally housebroken at just 10-weeks. On the other hand (paw), AMs do go through puppyhood phases where theyre rather stubborn and will test your limits. Its important to be consistent and firm with your dog training.
