Are any of Dr. Perricones vitamins vegetarian?

I know alittle about Dr. Perricone. My parents bought his book and it is wonderful. I looked at the site you posted and then did alittle more digging to try and find out if a vegetarian can take the supplements. Here is what I found. If you are a vegan that stays away from all meat including dairy products, and eggs and fish, then you will not want to take the suppliments. Dr Perricone is big on Omega3 which is fish oil. He also makes references to other seafood. Astaxanthin is one of the supplements. He says that it comes from an algae from the artic marine environment. he goes on to say that they are high in carotenoids which is what gives bright colors to things from carrots to flamingos. Also he says that many fish and seafood get their brights colors from eating a diet rich in astaxanthin. I think that if you broke down each element you would be able to put together a routine that you might can live with.
