Grill Cash: expires at the end of each semesterFinancial Aid Voucher: these balances will carry over unless the student withdraws or graduates from the collegeCampus and Community Dollars: these balances carry over unless the student withdraws from the college. If the student withdraws from the college, balances over $25.00 will be refunded to the student. Upon graduation, balances over $10.00 will be refunded to the student. Any requests for refunds must be made in writing to the office. Forms for the Quaker Card account refunds are available by clicking the “refunds” link provided.

Financial Aid Voucher: these funds will expire on the last day to add a regular/intensive/saturday class without a fee. Campus and Community Dollars: these balances carry over unless the student withdraws from the college. If the student withdraws from the college, balances over $25.00 will be refunded to the student.
