There is no record of any pollutant release at Fort Monmouth which may have impacted the health and safety of local community residents, base workers or military personnel. Extensive research was conducted by Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. during the completion of the Environmental Condition of Property (ECP) Report. The ECP assessment included a thorough review of all pertinent historical records; interviews of current and former employees, and comprehensive site inspections were conducted. The ECP assessment did not identify any illness or sickness as it relates to long-term exposure of Fort Monmouth personnel. There is no pending or prior litigation as it relates to long-term exposure of Fort Monmouth personnel.
