If I remember correctly there are 12 -15 grams of fat in one chicken wing and lets not even talk about the sodium in the sauce we covet so much and we have to have blue cheese to. Great now I want chicken wings! 🙂

The skin is where the fat is and I have never seen a skinless chicken wing. The amount of fat/skin per amount of meat is pretty high speciall when compared to ther pieces of the chicken.
