Are CK stoves wood burners or multi fuel stoves?
They are both. Our CK wood burning stoves and multi fuel stoves are suitable for use with all fuels, wood, peat, coal, smokeless fuel and anthracite. In smoke control areas our stoves are suitable use with smokeless fuel. A multi-fuel grate is included with all our stoves. However, if you are burning mainly wood remove the multi-fuel grate as this causes the wood to burn too quickly. Note that some stove manufacturers advise not to burn anthracite. This is because the possibility of cracking the stove at high operating temperatures is greater in stoves made with recycled cast iron. Our stoves can burn anthracite as they are made for high grade virgin cast iron.
