GM: Many already have, and most all of them are trying to figure out how to incorporate the principles. In the area of caries risk assessment, this has been adopted by most dental schools and is being practiced on the clinic floor as standard of care on every patient. This last year the Western Regional Board exam also included caries risk assessment for every patient being treated during the exam.
