As far as I an concerned YES, they are vermin. If people decide to have pets then they should ensure that they are not leaving their mess in other peoples gardens and if they cant do that, then they should keep them in the house. I would in no way hurt a cat but I am sick and tired of them pooing in my sons sandpit and my plant pots which I have to then replace to my expense because some irresponsible idiot decided to have a pet, and its not as if their is a cat warden you can call like their is for dogs. They are filthy creatures and I do not have any for this reason so I dont see why I should have to put up with someone else’s.
